Libraries in NCKL taxing counties that are not receiving the Courier subsidy are eligible.

The information below should be taken from the State Statistical Report that your library sent to the Kansas State Library.


A percentage of postage will be paid for items LOANED. The percentage will be determined by total amount of grant requests and the amount budgeted for reimbursement.
